  • Investigations: Ischemia, Strain, Hypertrophy, Arrhythmia on ECG/Holter/Echo.
  • Functional: 6MWT < 400m OR Abnormal Stress Test.
  • Heart Failure: Raised JVP, Edema, Radiological HF signs, BNP > 140.
  • History: Palliative surgery, Syncope, Pacemaker/ICD, Ionotropes.
